Hello! My name is Kaz.
Since childhood, growing up by the sea, I have always been acutely aware of the elements and have always had an ecocentric – rather than an anthropocentric – view of the world. This strong connection with Nature has been a constant throughout my life.
In a modern world that can so often leave us feeling disconnected, isolated, stressed and even depressed at times, I strongly believe that connecting with the Four Elements makes us stronger mentally and emotionally. In turn, the greater our connection with Nature, the greater our respect for her and the healthier and fitter she will be to support all lives – not just human life.
My aim is therefore to help people to reconnect with the Elements to increase their awareness of their surrounding through basic, everyday activities that can be done anywhere, including indoors. By simply slowing down, observing and fully appreciating the many aspects of Nature, we can be more present and gain a more grounded perspective on the issues in our lives.

It is not known what the triskele may have represented historically, but in Brittany, it is always said to represent the sea, the land and the sky. Triskell is the Breton spelling.
