These workshops are designed to help you to feel the Four Elements around you as well as within you through very simple techniques that you can repeat anywhere, either indoors or outdoors. This will enhance your awareness of the Elements’ presence wherever you happen to be, making you feel better connected to the world around you, helping you feel more grounded and present.
Introduction to the Elements – coming soon
This 2-hour workshop will guide you through a few basic exercises to help you to feel the Four Elements, both separately and together. These exercises can then be integrated in your daily routine, if you choose to. A handout with more suggestions will be provided at the end.

The Four Elements – 5-week course – coming soon
This course consists of 5 workshops of 2 hours each. The first four sessions will focus on one element each, exploring them at a more psychological, symbolic and spiritual level. The final workshop will look at how to combine them to find balance, harmony and inner peace.
