Re-Connecting Means Remembering

As children, our connection with Nature is obvious, until we are told that soil, insects, anything we find outside is “dirty”. Soon, we hear that there are more important things in life, like getting great marks at school so we can make money later and join the rat race.

And what has that done to us, individually, collectively, and to Mother Nature? Nature is life, and what could be more important in life than life itself? We are finally awakening to this fact, but most people do not know what to do about it.

This is precisely what my workshops are about: going back to basics, without shame or guilt, by focusing on the Elements, the very essence of life on Earth. The aim is to remember what we and previous generations gradually took for granted and forgot. Reconnecting means coming back to our true home: Nature. By refreshing this ancestral bond, we feel nourished and energised again. We start to notice smaller things that do matter, appreciating and nurturing other forms of life with the same fascination and love that we had as children.hat to do about it, how to renew that instinctive bond with Nature.

After all, what could be more important in life than life itself?
