The Elements are Always with(in) You

Being in touch with the Elements is not difficult. You just need to remember that Nature is always here with you, for you, wherever you are. The earth is always under your feet, its gravity keeping you close to it. Your body is 70-75% water; there’s no life without water. Air is all around and within, from your first to your last breath. Fire shows up in the sky each and every day, even through rain and snow.

This is so obvious that humans have taken the Elements for granted for centuries, with disastrous consequences for both the planet’s and our wellbeing. We therefore need to renew our awareness and relearn to feel Nature within us and remember that we are part of her, not separate. The stronger this connection, the healthier both we and the planet will be. Respecting Nature is respecting ourselves. Caring for Nature is caring for ourselves.

By focusing on the Four Elements, we bring our attention back to basics, to the very essence of life. You did it as a child. You simply need to remember. My workshops are designed to guide you through simple exercises to help you to feel the Elements again.
